Technogym’s Let’s Move For a Better World campaign returns for 2024
March 14, 2024

Let’s Move For a Better World, the social campaign that leverages Technogym’s technology and connected ecosystem to motivate people to move more and more regularly, is underway for 2024.

Running from 12th to 27th March, exercisers around the world will join together to ‘donate’ their exercise and promote the wellness lifestyle through a challenge based on MOVEs (Technogym’s unit of measure for movement). Movement Is the foundation of an active life, people should aim for 1000 MOVEs/day to be healthy.

First staged in 2014, the campaign has long been promoted physical activity as a means of prevention and cure for the health of the population.

As Technogym founder and President, Nerio Alessandri explains "the answer to a sedentary life is an active life, a wellness life."

The social campaign leverages Technogym’s technology and connected ecosystem to motivate people to move more and more regularly and to join their local fitness facilities (clubs, hotels, workplaces, universities and more) and share their results with the global Technogym community.

In facilities, users can join Let’s Move for a Better World connecting to the Technogym Ecosystem, tracking their workouts, and collecting MOVEs. Upon reaching predefined targets, each facility can win Technogym products to donate to a non-profit association or educational institutions of its choice. The more active gym-members are, the more MOVEs they collect and the bigger the donation will be to each community.

Technogym has been investing for years in building its Technogym Ecosystem with the objective of growing the industry, making it more attractive to end users. The Let’s Move for a Better World Campaign is a concrete example of how to combine a unique consumer activation with a marketing campaign for a facility and a community social activation. The Technogym Ecosystem includes connected equipment, apps and on-demand video training content and can connect individual users to their own personalised training experience for fitness, sport or health anytime and anywhere.

Let's Move for a Better World is the result of Technogym's forty-year commitment to promoting wellness around the world. The campaign represents an opportunity to create a more sustainable society, based on personal health, and the education of younger generations is a fundamental starting point for the achievement of the common goal.
