Global payments platform Ayden has today announced the successful integration of Adyen for Platforms with guest experience software business ROLLER to further enhance customer experience for venues across all channels.

By combining the power of Adyen for Platforms, ROLLER now comes equipped with a singular and complete view of the guest journey across every touchpoint, through Adyen’s unified commerce solution.

In a statement introducing the partnership, Ayden advise “with marketplaces set to continue to grow at a rapid rate, integrating with Adyen for Platforms means platforms and marketplaces will be ripe for scalability, with support for all relevant payment methods, currencies, and customised payments experiences.”

Adyen for Platforms offers a global and agile payment solution that enables platform business models to integrate payments into their offering without the added operational complexity or resource constraints. Platforms will be able to leverage Adyen’s unified commerce solution to expand quickly, manage risk, track results and gather rich customer insights across all touchpoints, from one integration. GoFundMe, Fresha, Skidata and Zenoti are amongsome international names already utilising the solution across their global network to easily facilitate payments between their users and end customers.

Building on its success, Adyen’s link with ROLLER, one of the world's leading all-in-one software providers for attractions and entertainment venues, will aid clients across ticketing, access management, point-of-sale and payments.

Supporting over 900 attractions worldwide, including theme parks and trampoline parks like Gumbaya World, Adverture Park, Skyzone and Flipout, ROLLER has identified payments as an integral component in helping brands increase customer loyalty, revenue and brand advocacy.

By combining the power of Adyen for Platforms, ROLLER now comes equipped with a singular and complete view of the guest journey across every touchpoint, through Adyen’s unified commerce solution. Guest journeys that were once traditionally captured separately can now be interlinked. From the initial purchase made online to purchases such as food, drinks and gifts made physically within the venues, through to post visit sales when a guest purchases merchandise online.

The consolidated integration of data means transactions can now be as frictionless as possible, another key factor in elevating the guest experience. Guest data are now easily available, verified and consolidated, eliminating queuing times and friction points when navigating upgrades, downgrades or refunds.

Will Nicholson, Chief Operating Officer and Head of Payments at ROLLER, commented “delivering brilliant guest experiences is integral to everything that we do at ROLLER. We’re honoured to partner with Adyen, who is leading the way in payment innovation, to make this a reality across our customers’ venues globally.

“The Adyen for Platforms integration has helped us better support our customers, not only with payments processing but more importantly, from a guest experience standpoint. The robustness, scalability and data visualisation of our platform has improved significantly with Adyen.”

Built on Adyen’s global payments infrastructure, Adyen for Platforms gives platform businesses access to the latest payment innovations. Integrating with Adyen for Platforms means platforms will be ripe for scalability, with support for all relevant payment methods, currencies, and customised payments experiences.

“Adyen for Platforms is designed to support platforms across their unique and complex customer journey. Which is why it’s important to provide a comprehensive solution that not only helps the platforms accept and manage payments easily for their users but to also harness the power of unified commerce to cover every customer touchpoint.
