Project Manager

Description

  • Responsible for leading and/or supporting the planning and execution of projects.
  • Manage projects from initial planning through execution and reconciliation, including but not limited to, client management, stakeholder management, production management, project team management, budget management.
  • Take charge to appoint the most appropriate suppliers and contractors that can deliver quality work and best pricing.
  • Create and execute project work plans and implement the necessary changes to meet changing needs and requirements to achieve the project objectives.
  • Define critical path, anticipating potential problems and propose appropriate solutions to overcome these problems effectively and efficiently.
  • Identify the resource requirements and assign individual responsibilities; ensuring that the project is delivered according to specified standards and within     agreed schedule.
  • Manage project budget and cost management.
  • Track project deliverables.
  • Review project progress and to communicate timely to the various stakeholders.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and filed as appropriate.
  • Always ensure safety compliances by the project team.

Technical Designer
Location: Hai Duong, Vietnam | Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Salary: Remuneration will be commensurate with industry standards, skills and expertise.
Job Type: Full-Time

Description
Roles & Responsibilities

  • To design and draft drawings according to specifications & customer's requirements and applicable standard.
  • Develop schematic/technical diagrams in AutoCAD in 2D and 3D.
  • To coordinate and update any modifications of the drawings.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience.
  • Minimum diploma/degree in Architectural fields.
  • Have Theme Park related experiences, themed restaurants, or themed hotel experiences.
  • Proven experience in multiple phases of theme park architectural design process, including quick sketching of ideas, high-quality drafting, 3D SketchUp modelling, design development and construction detailing.
  • High level of fluency with AutoCAD, PowerPoint, REVIT, RHINO and BLENDER or other 3D modelling skills are beneficial.
  • With technical knowledge in architectural and steel construction.
  • Good command of English in writing, speaking, and reading.
  • Able to multitask and work under tight timeline.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

BIM Coordinator
Location: Gold Coast, Australia | Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia 
Salary: Remuneration will be commensurate with industry standards, skills and expertise.

Description
Responsibilities:

As a BIM coordinator at Pico Play, you will be coordinating and leading teams through the design of indoor Family Entertainment Centres (FEC) attractions, theme parks, water parks and nature parks.

‍Specific Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing 3D models from clients and consultants.
  • Compiling internal design models for issue to consultants.
  • Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs.
  • Lead teams of creative and technical designers.
  • Analyse designs during the early phases identifying constructability issues.
  • Manage and update BIM project documents.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
  • Intermediate to advanced construction processes and procedures.
  • Advanced PC skills.

‍Beneficial Skills:

  • Rhino 7 software.
  • Blender.
