Expanding its annual conference to become the Local Government Coastal Safety Conference, the Australian Professional Lifeguard Association is inviting any person or organisation who have an interest in water safety to attend the event at the Heffron Centre in the Sydney suburb of Maroubra on 1st and 2nd May.
The two day event will be of interest not only for lifeguards and others with a brief in managing risk and safety in public open space including beaches, pools and other waterways, but also others involved in safety education for people choosing to visit these aquatic locations.
