Technogym’s global campaign to promote exercise gets underway

Let's Move Week 2020, Technogym’s social campaign to promote exercise, commences today.

Described as the biggest fitness event in the world, gathering millions of people in a celebration of health and physical exercise, the Let’s Move for a Better World initiative aims to gather the global Technogym community around a social objective: promoting and educating people to regular physical exercise to create a more sustainable society based on people’s health.

It unites the 50 million people around the world who each day train with Technogym at home and in thousands fitness clubs, hotels, schools, medical centres and corporate facilities all over the globe - united by a passion for wellness.

Having been run over seven years, from today (9th November) to 15th November, Let's Move Week 2020 features fitness events, challenges and activities, taking place both online and offline, gathering end users and fitness clubs all over the world.

Each day it will also see Technogym social media channels offer fun and engaging workouts led by Technogym Master Trainers and international ambassadors.

Technogym's Instagram will feature engaging training session at different times of the day led by Technogym’s global and Australian ambassadors: Jono Castano, Jessica Kate Herbert, Tom Bliss and Courtney Pruce.

Workouts will also be delivered in seven different languages - English, Spanish, Italian, French, Russian, Chinese, German - on Technogym's Youtube and will be able to find different levels from beginner to advanced.
