Semnox Solutions to power Saudi Arabia’s Noor Island family entertainment destination
Attractions industry technology specialist, Semnox Solutions, has had its integrated venue management system selected to power the operations of Noor Island - the latest family entertainment destination developed by Flash Diamond Events Production in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Noor Island, a soft play and arcade centre, was established to serve the local community with high-quality entertainment space for children and families. To deliver on this vision, Flash Diamond evaluated multiple systems before choosing Semnox’s all-in-one platform for its reliability, scalability, and advanced features.
Ali Al-Essa, Chief Executive at Flash Diamond advised “after evaluating several options, we chose Semnox for its reliability, integration capabilities, and system support. It was the ideal fit for enhancing our operations. We’ve seen noticeable improvements in staff workflow and overall operational flow."
The facility now operates its arcade with RFID cards and approximately 75 Semnox Beam readers for tap-to-play functionality. Noor Island also utilises RFID wristbands for school packages and group visits. This system enables quick and secure access, play tracking, and cashless transactions creating a seamless guest experience. The venue is also preparing to implement Semnox’s birthday reservation module to further enhance guest convenience and streamline party planning.
