ROLLER passes 10 years of operations with staffing milestone
July 16, 2022

ROLLER, the ticketing, CRM and POS specialist, is celebrating 10 years in the leisure industry - the landmark anniversary coinciding with the Melbourne-based firm also surpassing a headcount of over 100 employees and more than a thousand customers around the world.

Working across the world, ROLLER has a dedicated team of 106 team specialists in functions including engineering, marketing, training and implementation, sales, account management and customer success.

The last year has seen its team significantly expand to provide the best possible support as global demand for its products and services has grown.

The result is 1,040 active venues across 27 countries, all using the ROLLER platform.

Commenting on the achievement, ROLLER Chief Executive, Luke Finn stated “to have recently surpassed 100 employees and 1,000 customers is an incredible achievement.

“Whilst it has been 10 years since we founded the company, we have seen the majority of our growth in recent years, and we are very excited about our growth trajectory.

“We have come so far, but we’re really just getting started.”

The company’s latest milestone follows its recent acquisition of Active8 Software, designed to bolster its market presence in North America as well as its available resources to ensure global customer success.

ROLLER emphasises that the acquisition further underpins its commitment to helping operators and attractions worldwide to deliver memorable guest experiences, optimise their operations and increase ticket sales.

A new product, the Guest Experience Score, is a robust tool for operators to collect, measure, and analyse feedback from guests. This knowledge can then be transformed at scale, helping to deliver new business efficiencies and improved customer satisfaction through the power of data.

By placing the guest at the centre of day-to-day operations, ROLLER displays its commitment to producing great experiences with venues, helping them grow in the process.

Finn added “I am truly grateful to be working with such an amazing team and to have incredible customers who partner with us to deliver world-class solutions for the industry. I am more excited than ever about the road ahead.”

Roller Chief Financial Officer, Mark Finn added “my brother (Luke) and I are so incredibly proud of the progress that we have made over the past 10 years.

“We have got a great, growing team of talented, hardworking people who are committed to our mission and helping our customers grow. It is thanks to their collective efforts that ROLLER has become what it is today.”

ROLLER recently updated its customers on its new product features, designed to help clients reach new customers and increase the potential for repeat visits.
