Matrix Concepts partners with X Park to develop first extreme sports park for Malaysia’s Johor

Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd has partnered with Motormarin Sdn Bhd (X Park) to develop the first extreme sports theme park in Bandar Seri Impian at Kluang, Johor, Malaysia.
This marks their second collaboration following the successful launch of X Park at Bandar Sri Sendayan, Seremban.
With a US$2 million (RM10 million) investment to build the park, it will feature a diverse range of extreme sports and leisure activities, including go-kart track, ATV, golf driving range, badminton courts, pickleball courts, rock climbing, archery, cafés and sporting-goods shops.
The introduction of X Park Bandar Seri Impian is expected to significantly enhance the town's appeal, attracting visitors and stimulating economic activity in the region.
Matrix Concept co-Chief Executive of the property development division Chai Keng Wai noted "the new attraction will elevate the township's appeal and provide residents with an exciting new recreational experience. With Matrix Concepts investing RM10 million in its construction, we remain committed to enriching the community with vibrant and engaging spaces.”
X Park Malaysia managing director Rocky Siow added "this partnership aligns seamlessly with Bandar Seri Impian's vision of fostering a vibrant, family-centric community. Beyond delivering exhilarating entertainment, X Park will enhance the township's lifestyle and recreational offerings, providing residents and visitors with diverse activities that promote active and social living.”

The official agreement was signed by Chai Keng Wai (Co-Chief Executive of Matrix Concepts) and Philip Phua (General Manager of Motomarin Sdn Bhd), reinforcing the strong collaboration and shared vision of establishing a premier entertainment hub in Bandar Seri Impian.
