Latitude Financial and Moshtix partner for ‘Buy Now Pay Later’ ticketing option
February 23, 2021

Latitude Financial and Moshtix have announced a new partnership making LatitudePay the exclusive ‘buy now pay later’ (BNPL) provider for thousands of live music and entertainment events across Australia and New Zealand.

Moshtix customers can now pay for their tickets over 10 weekly instalments, with no interest, by selecting LatitudePay when available at checkout in Australia and Genoapay in New Zealand.

Moshtix is Australasia’s leading General Admission ticketing provider, specialising in live music and entertainment events. Working with some of Australia and New Zealand’s most popular festivals and live music venues, Moshtix also provides ticketing and marketing services to the dance music, comedy, cinema, arts and culture and entertainment sectors.

Latitude Chief Commercial Officer Paul Varro notes “we’re incredibly excited to be working with Moshtix as their sole BNPL provider for Australia and New Zealand.

“There’s a lot of synergy between our brands and our customers, and as live events begin to return in 2021, music lovers, festival fans and event goers will have even greater flexibility to purchase their tickets using LatitudePay through Moshtix.”

On the partnership, Moshtix Managing Director, Harley Evans added “we see LatitudePay offering huge benefit to all our event partners and their fans in Australia, providing an option for fans to purchase tickets instantly, and pay them off in 10 weekly payments.

“Moshtix’s mission has always been to remove the barriers between the fan and the artist and to ‘make live easy’, and we really believe this partnership will deliver that, giving fans the flexibility to purchase more tickets, and helping event organisers welcome fans through their doors.

“We have had LatitudePay available for a few weeks and already we are seeing up to 40% increase in basket size where fans are using LatitudePay to purchase concert tickets. We are excited to see what impact this new offering will have for hot ticket items such as Fresh Produce – a brand new regional concert from the team behind Groovin the Moo which went on sale last week.”

Latitude is Australia’s leading provider of interest free shopping and consumer finance, with more than 2.7 million customer accounts across Australia and New Zealand.

Creating a LatitudePay account at www.latitudepay.com takes just 90 seconds and customers can get approval for spending amounts under $1000. Every application undergoes a credit and ID check.
