BFT to hold their first global open day in September
August 16, 2022

Body Fit training (BFT) is holding its first ever global open day on Saturday 10th September inviting anyone and everyone to train for free on the day.

Having recently opened their 200th studio last month in the Auckland suburb of Flat Bush, the hype is only building for BFT with another 150 studios to open in the next 12 months.

The BFT program is designed for everyday people to train with the same principles as elite athletes.

Having just announced a footwear partnership with PUMA, there will be a number of elite PUMA athletes at selected BFT studios on the open day along with some of the famous franchises including Robbie Farah who owns Five Dock, Essendon AFL star Zach Merrett who owns three BFTs; Mitch Aubusson from Sydney Roosters who owns BFT Ballina and Tim Paine, current Australian cricket captain, who has secured the Tasmanian franchise rights to BFT with former Australian cricketer George Bailey.

Founded by Cameron Falloon, a former strength and conditioning coach for various international soccer teams and elite AFL teams, BFT offers a science backed, community-based functional training program. 13 workout programs are artfully organised into eight-week progressive blocks utilising scientifically proven training techniques aimed to reduce fat and create lean muscle.

BFT have recently released their new bespoke heart rate technology called BFT³, a world first in group training tech, which aligns with BFT programs and optimises member results.  While most heart rate monitors purely reward high heart rates(cardio), this bespoke system is designed to reward all styles of training, particularly strength and resistance training.

Since being founded in 2017, BFT has sold over 300 franchises across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and USA. The new $60 million cash-upfront partnership with Xponential fitness will allow BFT to focus on existing and new markets in Asia Pacific and beyond, while capitalising on Xponential’s global strength and reach.

The public can book a class by downloading the BFT Booking App and book 10th Sept for free.
