Our client is a renowned sports organisation with strong heritage and presence in Hong Kong. This is a senior level and high profile appointment with general management responsibilities.

Description
Reporting to group, this is a general manager role that the person is tasked to oversee the day-to-day operations for the sports business in Hong Kong. Leading a team of over 80 staff, you will be overseeing the overall businesses with hands-on focus on marketing function. In addition, apart from the daily operation that you will be required to advise on process improvement, you will be the key focal point for business development and strategic planning while you will be the spokesperson for the organisation.

Profile
To qualify, you need to have business fluency in both English and Cantonese. General management in any sports industry/organisations will be highly preferred. Alternatively you need to demonstrate strong knowledge and passion in sports. You should be a highly flexible individual with international vision and strong operational experience. Strong control sense and stakeholder management skills will be critical for this position.
